Visitors of the website will be able to initiate live chat with representatives by using the popup box located at bottom-right corner of the web page.
When a chat is initiated by a visitor, representatives at back-end will be notified on the incoming chat (notification on incoming visitor is also available). This incoming chat will be routed to nearest available representative automatically. Alternatively, representatives can also pick up the chat at the interface below, where all current visitors of the website will be shown.
CHAT WITH VISITOR
After clicked “Go to Chat”, representatives will be able to chat with visitors directly via the website, same as website based Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger. Representatives will also be able to review the pre-chat survey and estimated location of visitors based on IP address. The pre-chat survey can be configured either to ask visitors to describe their topic/enquiry directly, or ask the visitors to choose which department/specialism one would like to chat with.
All representatives will be able to chat with visitors directly using website. Desktop and mobile clients are also available on PC, Mac, iOS & Android. Functionality of all clients remain same, but on notification the user experience could possibly be better instead of website-based interface, e.g. in case web page is accidentally closed, or notification on website is blocked etc.
